Dark Chocolate Yogurt Bark

Rich dark chocolate and yogurt bark with crunchy toppings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Wallaby Organic® Aussie Greek Whole Milk Vanilla Bean yogurt
  • 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup pistachios

Preparation

Step 1

Line sheet pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

Pour yogurt into prepared sheet pan and spread out evenly.

Step 3

Drizzle melted chocolate over yogurt and use toothpick or knife to swirl it into yogurt.

Step 4

Sprinkle with dried cranberries and pistachios.

Step 5

Freeze for 3+ hours to set.

Step 6

Cut and serve immediately. Freeze any leftovers right away and don’t let it sit out at room temperature.
