Ingredients
- 1/2c creamy peanut butter
- 1tbsp maple syrup
- 2c semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2tbsp coconut oil (or butter)
- Flakey sea salt
- Popsicle or cake pop sticks

Preparation
Step 1
Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine greek yogurt, peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth. Scoop onto baking sheet into round mounds (you should get about 6), and smooth over top so they aren’t too high.
Step 3
Place in freezer until frozen solid. When frozen, melt chocolate and coconut oil (or butter) until smooth and creamy.
Step 4
Dip each bar into the chocolate, and top with flakey sea salt.
Step 5
Freeze again until chocolate is solid. \
Step 6
