Ingredients
- 3 cups Wallaby Plain Whole Milk Yogurt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup collagen
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 2 tsp cinnamon (divided)
- 1 large apple, diced
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp coconut oil

Preparation
Step 1
In a large meal prep container, combine the yogurt, almond milk, collagen, chia seeds and half of the cinnamon. Mix well. (You can also evenly distribute the ingredients into 4 separate containers if desired).
Step 2
Heat coconut oil in a pan on medium heat. Once hot, add the apple, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and the remaining cinnamon. Saute for 5-10 minutes until the apples are softened.
Step 3
Top the chia pudding with the cinnamon apples.
Step 4
Let sit in the fridge overnight and then enjoy as a quick breakfast or snack throughout the week!
