Maple Sausage Pancake Bowl

Sweet and savory maple sausage pancake bowl with Greek yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken maple sausage patty or 2 links (the pre-cooked kind)
  • 2/3 cup protein pancake mix
  • 1/2 cup of Wallaby’s Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt + ¼ cup for topping
  • 1 egg
  • maple syrup & cinnamon (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together the yogurt, pancake mix, and egg in a glass or microwave-safe tupperware container. Thaw your chicken sausage in the microwave or air fryer.

Step 2

Dice the chicken sausage and fold it into the batter.

Step 3

Microwave for 3-4 minutes (some microwaves, this takes up to 4 min and 30 seconds). Start with 3 minutes and work your way up because if it’s cooked too long, it becomes rubbery.

Step 4

Carefully remove it and top it with the remaining yogurt, syrup, & cinnamon. Enjoy!
