Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup Wallaby Organic® Plain Greek Low-Fat (or Whole Milk) Yogurt
- 1 cup halved red seedless grapes
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds plus extra to garnish
- 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 pack crostini or 1 French baguette cut in 1-inch slices

Preparation
Step 1
In a big bowl, mix yogurt, parsley, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Add shredded chicken, grapes, cranberries, almonds and green onions. Stir well until combined.
Step 3
Spoon chicken salad over crostini or French baguette slices. Add a halved cherry tomato to each and garnish with more sliced almonds.
