Whisk together dry ingredients in one bowl, then wet ingredients (less 1/4 cup milk) in a separate bowl.
Mix together, just enough to combine. Add additional milk if necessary to achieve your desired consistency.
Cook right away on hot, greased pan or griddle.
In separate pan, lightly greased, lay sliced banana down and turn occasionally until color deepens and some brown edges are visible.
Add caramel sauce and turn banana slices until coated.
Stack cooked pancakes and top with a good dollop of yogurt, then spoon caramel banana mixture on top. Enjoy!
